Hinge - Door - Rear - Upper- LH - Remove And Replace: Install

Position the LH upper rear door hinge into the vehicle.

Partially close the LH rear door, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the LH upper rear door hinge to the vehicle.
52 N.m (38.3 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm ratcheting combination flex head wrench

Install the bolts (x2) that attach the LH upper rear door hinge to the door assembly.
31 N.m (22.9 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm ratcheting combination flex head wrench

Remove the floor jack from the LH rear door.
Close the LH doors.
Check the gap and flushness between the LH rear door and surrounding components.
NOTE: Measure spots (x4) labeled in example image. Refer to CVIS for current specifications.

Open the LH doors.
Use IPA wipes to clean the body side upper hinge bolts.

Apply touch up paint to the body side upper hinge bolts as needed.
Raise the LH windows and close the LH doors.
