Decor - Instrument Panel - Main - Remove And Replace: Install
- Secure the clips (x15) that attach the main instrument panel decor to the instrument panel.
- Use a T20 to install the fasteners (x2) that attach the outboard ends of the instrument panel decor to the instrument panel.
3 N.m (2.2 lbs-ft) - Install the touchscreen. See Touchscreen (Remove and Replace) .
- Secure the service panel electrical connector.
- Secure the diagnostic and CAN harnesses to the service panel.
- Install the service panel.NOTE: 4x tabs, 2 datums.
- Install the phone dock electrical connections (x3).NOTE: x1 clip
- Install the phone dock.NOTE: 4 tabs. Slide the datums forward into the instrument panel, and then secure the tabs down into the center console.
- Reconnect the first responder loop and the LV battery. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) .
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace) .
- Close the hood.
- Adjust the steering column back to its original position.
- Install the LH and RH instrument panel end caps. See End Cap - Instrument Panel - LH (Remove And Replace) .
- Install the LH and RH middle A-pillar trims. See Trim - A-Pillar - Middle - LH (Remove and Replace) .
