Brake Lines - Block, Brake Pipe Junction - Remove And Replace: Install
- Position the LH rear brake pipe junction block to the vehicle, and then place the LH and RH rear brake pipes to the block.
- Install the nut that attaches the LH rear brake pipe junction block to the vehicle.
5.5 N.m (4.1 lbs-ft)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 4 in extension
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- 10 mm socket
- Install the black clip to the LH rear brake pipe junction block.
- Install the RH rear brake line tube nut to the LH rear brake pipe junction block.
16 N.m (11.8 lbs-ft)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 3 in extension
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- 12 mm socket
- Install the LH rear brake line tube nut to the LH rear brake pipe junction block.

- 3 in extension
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- 12 mm socket
- Remove the oil drain from under the vehicle.
- Install the LH rear wheel arch liner. See WHEEL ARCH LINERS - REAR WHEEL LINER, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Perform a brake fluid flush on the brakes. See BRAKE FLUID BLEED/FLUSH (MAINTENANCE) .
