2nd Row Seat Assemblies - 2nd Row Seatback - LH - Remove And Replace: Install
- Move the LH seat back assembly into the 2nd row area.
- Insert the inner pivot of the LH seat back assembly into the receptacle of the RH seat back assembly, move the assembly rearward and to the right, and then lower the LH seat back assembly hinge bracket onto the body studs.WARNING: The video(s) included in this procedure are meant as an overview for supplemental purposes only. - Install the nuts (x2) that attach the LH seat back assembly hinge bracket to the body.
18 N.m (13.3 lbs-ft)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 2 in extension
- 13 mm socket
- Cordless 1/4 in Dr Ratchet
- Ratchet/torque wrench (for installation only)
- Connect the electrical harness to the heated seat connector for the LH 2nd row seat back assembly.
- Install new bolt that attaches the center 2nd row seat belt fixed support to the vehicle.NOTE: Make sure the guide pin is aligned.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 3 in extension
- 15 mm socket
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- Torchless Heat Induction Tool - 1032900-00-A (for removal only)
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver (for installation only)
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench (for installation only)
- Install the 2nd row lower seat cushion. See 2ND ROW SEAT ASSEMBLIES - 2ND ROW SEAT CUSHION - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Install the LH 2nd row seat side bolster. See 2ND ROW SEAT ASSEMBLIES - 2ND ROW BOLSTER - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
