RHD Instrument Panel - Instrument Panel - Interior Ducting and Vents - Air Wave Duct - Passenger (RR) - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Remove the LH footwell cover. See RHD INSTRUMENT PANEL - INSTRUMENT PANEL - DASH SUPPORT FRAME - PASSENGER FOOTWELL ASSEMBLY (RR) - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  2. Remove the LH instrument panel end cap. See DASH PANEL - END CAP, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  3. Remove the glove box. See RHD INSTRUMENT PANEL - INSTRUMENT PANEL - DASH PANEL - GLOVEBOX ASSEMBLY (RR) - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  4. Remove the LH footwell duct. See RHD INSTRUMENT PANEL - INSTRUMENT PANEL - INTERIOR DUCTING AND VENTS - PASSENGER FOOTWELL DUCT ASSEMBLY (RR) - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  5. Disconnect the electrical harness from the LH instrument panel air wave duct thermistor connector.

  6. Remove the clips (x2) that attach the LH air wave duct to the instrument panel.

  7. Remove the LH instrument panel air wave duct from the HVAC module.

  8. Remove the thermistor from the LH instrument panel air wave duct.

  9. Remove the LH instrument panel air wave duct.
