Bumper and Fascia - Rear Bumper Fascia - Rear Fascia - Remove And Install: Remove
- Raise and support the vehicle. See RAISE VEHICLE - 2 STANDS .
- Remove the bolt that attaches the LH trough trim to the body.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
NOTE: LH shown, RH similar - Use a clip pry tool to release the clips (x3) that attach the LH trough trim to the body.NOTE: LH shown, RH similar
- Remove the bolt that attaches the LH corner of the rear fascia to the body.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
NOTE: LH shown, RH similar - Repeat step 2 through step 4 on the RH side.
- Raise the vehicle.
- Use a clip pry tool to remove the clips (x3) that attach the LH rear wheel arch liner to the rear fascia, then repeat this step on the RH side.NOTE: LH shown, RH similar
- Remove the bolts (x5) that attach the rear portion of the mid aero shield to the vehicle.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the rear diffuser to the vehicle.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- Small flat head screwdriver
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the screw and U-nut that attach the rear fascia to the LH quarter panel, then repeat this step on the RH side.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T25 socket
- 2 in extension
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- Pocket screwdriver
NOTE: LH shown, RH similar - With an assistant, disconnect the electrical connectors (x2) that attach the rear fascia to the vehicle, then remove the rear fascia assembly.
