Front Seat Covers And Pads - 1st Row Outboard Sideshield, LH - Remove And Replace: Install
- Install the screws securing the 8 way switch to LH front outer side cover, then install LH front outer side cover from 8 way switch assembly.
1.7 N.m (1.3 lbs-ft)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Install the clips that attach the seat cushion and seat back buttons to the driver seat backrest and cushion adjust switch, and then install the buttons to the outboard side shield.
- Place the driver seat outboard side shield to the vehicle.
- Connect the electrical harness from the backrest and cushion adjust switch connector, if so equipped.
- Install the upper and lower part clips that attaches the side shield to the center of the seat frame.
- Install the bolt that attaches the driver seat outboard side shield to the seat frame.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Cordless 1/4 in Dr Ratchet
- Return the seat back to the original position.
- Install LH front seat belt retractor to seat.
- Raise LH front window.
- Close the LH front door.
