Closure Panels - Assembly - Fender - Left - Remove And Replace: Install

Tip: For instructions on how to align the fender, refer to FENDER ALIGNMENT .

1. Install the underhood storage unit clips (x3) on the new LH front fender.
   NOTE: Replace any broken or damaged clips.

2. Install the headlight grommet on the new LH front fender.

3. Position the LH cowl screen carrier bracket on the new LH front fender, and then install the clip that attaches the bracket to the fender.

4. Secure the upper portion of the LH front side repeater assembly into the LH front fender, and then fasten the tabs (x3) that attach the assembly to the fender.
   CAUTION: If reinstalling the same side repeater, make sure the mounting tabs are not damaged. If any of the tabs are damaged, replace the repeater.
   NOTE: After installation, confirm that the tabs are firmly engaged.

5. Remove the protective tape from the LH fender around the LH front side repeater assembly.
6. Install the front fender assembly. See CLOSURE PANELS - ASSEMBLY - FENDER - LEFT - REMOVE AND INSTALL .
