- Remove the steering wheel. See STEERING COLUMN AND WHEEL - STEERING WHEEL - PUR LEATHER - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Use the plastic trim tool to release the clips that attach the steering column upper shroud to the lower shroud, and then pull the upper shroud up.
