Dash Panel - Shroud, Upper - Remove And Replace: Install
- Install the clips that attach the steering column upper shroud to the lower shroud, and then press the upper shroud up.
- Install the steering wheel. See STEERING COLUMN AND WHEEL - STEERING WHEEL - PUR LEATHER - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
