Car Computer - Etisalat Sim Card - Remove And Replace: Install

Install the new SIM card into the telematics control unit (TCU) slot with the gold pads facing downward.
WARNING: Make sure that the SIM card goes into the slot, before releasing your grip of the SIM card.

NOTE: Once the SIM card is fully pressed into the slot, the retaining tab will automatically return to its original position.
Enter the Service Mode. See SERVICE MODE .
On the touchscreen, touch Infotainment > Connectivity and confirm the connection in cellular panel is normal, and then disable WiFi and confirm web browser pages are normally loaded.
Deflate and remove the inflatable air bags.
WARNING: Take care not to damage the headliner.

Fasten the clips (x4) and locator pin that attach the rear of the headliner to the vehicle.
WARNING: Take care not to damage the headliner.

NOTE: Make sure the seal overlaps the headliner.

Install the screw that attaches the LH rear coat hook to the body.
2.5 N.m (1.8 lbs-ft)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- 2 in extension
- Torx T25 socket
- Ratchet/torque wrench
NOTE: LH shown, RH similar

Close the LH rear coat hook screw cover.
Install the LH side rail trim. See A - B - C POST INTERIOR TRIM - SIDE RAIL ASSEMBLY, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
Repeat step 6 through step 8 on the RH side of the vehicle.
Connect LV power. See LV BATTERY - LI-LON - DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
Install the rear underhood apron. See UNDERHOOD TRIM - REAR APRON ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
Confirm infotainment connectivity and web browser function normally.
Move the front seats back to their original positions
Raise all windows and close all doors.
