Infotainment - Audio System - Speakers, Subwoofer and Amplifier - Audio Speakers - Audio Speaker Full Range, LH - Remove And Replace: Remove
- Remove the LH and RH instrument panel end caps. See DASH PANEL - END CAP, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Remove the LH and RH upper A-Pillar trims. See A - B - C POST INTERIOR TRIM - A - PILLAR UPPER ASSEMBLY, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Remove the instrument panel speaker grille. See INSTRUMENT PANEL - INSTRUMENT PANEL - DASH PANEL - IP WRAPPED AROUND ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Remove the screws (x3) that attach the LH dash speaker to the instrument panel, and then remove the speaker from the instrument panel.CAUTION: Do not pull the speaker too far away from the instrument panel, as the speaker electrical connector is still attached.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the LH dash speaker connector, and then remove the speaker from the vehicle.
