Audio Speakers - Audio, Speaker, Full Range, 200 Mm - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Position the LH headliner speaker on the headliner, and then install the bolts (x3) that attach the speaker to the headliner.

    0.5 N.m (4 lbs-in) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
    • Torx T10 socket
    • 2 in extension
    • Torx T10 bit
    • Ratchet/torque wrench
    • Digital Torque Screwdriver 0.10 N.m - 2.0 N.m

  2. Connect the electrical connector to the LH headliner speaker.

  3. Align the locating pin of the front of the headliner to the slot, and then install the clips (x6) that attach the front of the headliner to vehicle.
    NOTE: Make sure that the door seal correctly overlaps the LH upper B-pillar trim.

  4. Install the rear view mirror. See REARVIEW MIRROR - REAR VIEW MIRROR, ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  5. Install the lower camera cover. See REARVIEW MIRROR - REAR VIEW MIRRROR, CAM LOWER COVER - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  6. Install the LH upper A-pillar trim. See A - B - C POST INTERIOR TRIM - A - PILLAR UPPER ASSEMBLY, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  7. Install the LH sun visor. See SUN VISORS - SUN VISOR ASSEMBLY, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  8. Repeat step  6 and step  7 for the RH side of the vehicle.
  9. Install the LH upper B-pillar trim. See A - B - C POST INTERIOR TRIM - B - PILLAR UPPER ASSEMBLY, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  10. Install the LH middle B-pillar trim. See TRIM - B-PILLAR - MIDDLE - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  11. Install the LH lower B-pillar trim. See A - B - C POST INTERIOR TRIM - B - PILLAR LOWER ASSEMBLY, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  12. Install the LH lower A-pillar trim. See A - B - C POST INTERIOR TRIM - A - PILLAR LOWER ASSEMBLY, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  13. Install the LH instrument panel end cap. See DASH PANEL - END CAP, LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  14. Repeat step  9 through step  13 for the RH side of the vehicle.
  15. Install the 2nd row lower seat cushion. See 2ND ROW SEAT ASSEMBLIES - 2ND ROW SEAT CUSHION - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  16. Install the 2nd row LH and RH seat side bolsters. See 2ND ROW SEAT ASSEMBLIES - 2ND ROW BOLSTER - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .


  1. Install the bolts (x4) that secure the LH woofer.

    4 N.m (2.9 lbs-ft) 

    NOTE: Ensure that the two locating pins are inserted into the holes.

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • 10 mm socket
    • Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
    • Ratchet/torque wrench

  2. Connect the electrical connector to the LH woofer.

  3. Secure the tabs (x5) to install the package tray.
    NOTE: 3 tabs are at the rear of panel and 2 are on the sides. Slide towards the rear of the vehicle to install.

  4. Connect the package tray harness connector to the RH body harness.

  5. Install the package tray harness clips (x2) around the C-pillar area.

  6. Secure the clips (x3) and tabs (x3) to install the LH C-pillar assembly.
    NOTE: Slide the back tabs into the package tray, and then align the clips.

  7. Install the LH side bolster. See 2ND ROW SEAT ASSEMBLIES - 2ND ROW BOLSTER - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  8. Install new tether hooks (x2) (1771862-00-A) to the LH side rail assembly.

  9. Install the clips (x4), locations (x2) and tether hooks (x2) that secure the LH side rail assembly, and then remove the assembly from the vehicle.
    NOTE: Align the clips from bottom to top, then press the clips from top to bottom. Align the seal to sit on the top of the trim.

  10. Return the 2nd row 60 seatback to vertical position.
  11. Repeat step  6 to  10 for the RH side.
  12. Move the LH and RH front seats to original position.
  13. Raise all windows and close all doors.
