Exterior Fittings - Luggage Compartment Trim - Front Luggage Storage Compartment - Frunk Assembly - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Using the worklight LED to install the clips (x8) and locator pins (x3) that attach the underhood storage unit to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Replace any clips if broken or missing.

  2. Install the bolts (x4) that secure the underhood storage unit.

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

  3. Connect the connector, and then install the clips (x3) and the guide tabs (x3) that attach the access panel to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Align the guide tabs, and then push forward to secure the clips.

  4. Install the cabin intake duct. See CABIN HVAC - HVAC, FRESH AIR GUTTER, ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  5. Install the rear underhood apron. See UNDERHOOD TRIM - REAR APRON ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
  6. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
