Rear Undertray And Diffuser - Model 3/Y, Rear Aero Shield - Remove And Replace: Install
- Apply a thin bead of Loctite 222 to the threads of the bolts (x11) that attach the rear aero shield panel to the vehicle.
- Install the rear aero shield panel to the underside of the vehicle, and then install the bolts (x11) that attach the panel to the vehicle.
5 N.m (3.7 lbs-ft)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- 10 mm deep socket
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- 4 in extension
- Install the push clips (x2) located at the LH and RH of the wheel house liner.
- Remove the vehicle from the lift. See RAISE VEHICLE - 2 STANDS .
