Motor - Recliner - Back Rest - Driver Seat - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Remove the driver seat recliner tube. See RECLINER TUBE - DRIVER SEAT (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  2. Remove the bolt that attaches the driver seat back rest recliner motor to the seat assembly, and then release the motor from the assembly.

    5 N.m (3.7 ft-lbs) 

    NOTE: Hold the motor in place while removing the fastener to avoid damage to the dowel.
