60/40 Seat Switch - 2nd Row - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Open all the doors and lower the LH front window.
  2. Carefully pry the LH outer 2nd row escutcheon away from the LH 2nd row seat back to release the clips (x2), and then release the trim from the seat.

  3. Fold the LH 2nd row seat back to the down position.
  4. Unzip the LH seat back upholstery on both sides of the seat back.
    NOTE: The ends of the zippers are tucked underneath upholstery.
    NOTE: Use a pick to aid in moving the zipper.

  5. Release the J-hook that attaches the lower portion of the LH 2nd row seat back upholstery to the seat back, and then release the upholstery from the seat back.

  6. Release the clips (x13) that attach the LH 2nd row plastic seat back to the seat assembly, and then remove the plastic seat back from the assembly.

  7. Release the tabs (x2) that attach the LH 60/40 seat switch to the belt escutcheon bracket.
    NOTE: Depress the tabs on the seat switch to release it from the escutcheon.

  8. Disconnect the LH 2nd row 60/40 seat switch electrical connector, and then remove the switch from the seat assembly.
