T Badge Support - Fascia - Front - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Open LH front door and lower the front windows.
  2. Remove the front fascia assembly from the vehicle. See FASCIA ASSEMBLY - FRONT (REMOVE AND INSTALL) .
  3. Disconnect the front BLE module electrical connector.
    CAUTION: DO NOT push down on the red locking tab. Pull the tab away from the connector until the connector is unlocked, and then continue pulling to release the connector.

  4. Remove the screw and release the tabs (x6) that attach the front fascia T-badge support to the front fascia assembly, and then remove the T-badge support from the front fascia.

    3 N.m (2.2 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T25 socket

  5. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the front fascia V-bar to the front fascia T-badge support.

    3 N.m (2.2 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T25 socket

  6. Release the clips (x4) that attach the front fascia V-bar to the front fascia T-badge support, and then remove the V-bar from the T-badge support.

  7. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the front BLE module to the front fascia T-badge support, and then remove the module from the assembly.

    3 N.m (2.2 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T25 socket

  8. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the front T-badge to the front fascia T-badge support, and then remove the T-badge from the T-badge support.

    1.8 N.m (1.3 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T25 socket
