Bumper Bracket - Front - Rear Door - Upper - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

Position the inner portion of the LH upper rear door front bumper bracket into the LH upper rear door, and then install the bolt that attaches the inner portion of the bracket to the door.
5 N.m (3.7 ft-lbs)

NOTE: Verify installation direction with the guide tabs on the upper portion of the falcon wing door.

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T30 socket

Position the outer portion of the LH upper rear door front bumper bracket onto the LH upper rear door, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the outer portion of the bracket to the door.
8 N.m (5.9 ft-lbs)

NOTE: Ensure the tabs are aligned as pictured before rotating the outer bracket assembly onto the inner bracket assembly. Center adjustment and torque to spec as pictured.

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Position the LH upper rear door front bumper onto the LH upper rear door, and then install the rubber clips (x2) and secure the tabs (x2) that attach the bumper to the door.
NOTE: Install the rubber clips, and then pull bumper over the tabs.

Install the LH upper rear door glass assembly. See DOOR GLASS ASSEMBLY - REAR - UPPER - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
NOTE: After the upper glass is installed, check the gap and flush specifications and adjust if necessary. Refer to CVIS for gap and flush specifications.
Raise the LH windows and close the LH front door.
