Remove And Replace

  1. Open all four doors
  2. Lower all four windows
  3. Move LH front seat forward
  4. Move RH front seat forward
  5. Partially remove LH rear door seal

  6. Remove LH 7s Lower C-Pillar Trim
    NOTE: 8x clips, Rear edge is mated with groove in trunk side trim, Release clips at the front of LH rear sill trim working your way back towards rear of sill trim

  7. Fold 60 seat into down position

  8. Disconnect logic connector at LH seat frame
    NOTE: 1x connector

  9. Move 60 seat forward using towel bar
    NOTE: With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

  10. Remove 60 seat rear outboard track fastener
    NOTE: 1x patch bolt, 11 mm, 37 N.m, Discard after removal

  11. Remove 60 seat rear inboard track fasteners
    NOTE: 2x patch bolts, 11 mm, 37 N.m, Discard after removal

  12. Move 60 seat fully rearward using towel bar
    NOTE: With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

  13. Remove 60 seat outboard track cover
    NOTE: 1x clip, Slide covers forward to release from 60 seat tracks

  14. Remove center track cover from 2nd row seats

  15. Release cabin carpet from 60 seat
    NOTE: Pull cabin carpet towards front of vehicle

  16. Remove 60 seat front inboard track fasteners
    NOTE: 1x bolts, 11 mm, 37 N.m, Discard after removal

  18. Remove 2nd row 60 seat assembly from vehicle

  19. Remove front push clip from 60 outer sideshield assembly
    NOTE: 1x clip, Use pick to remove the push clip from the bottom side of the outboard cover

  20. Remove 60 outer sideshield assembly
    NOTE: 1x clip 1x connector, Remove outer sideshield assembly by pulling outwards and up at the front portion of the trim, Unclip remaining clip and unplug the connection

  21. Release clips and remove inboard outer trim from 60 seat
    NOTE: 3x clips, Use trim tool to unclip 3x clips and remove inboard outer trim towards rear of the vehicle

  22. Remove 60 seat toe kick cover
    NOTE: 7x clips, Pry up on LH side of 60 toe kick cover to release clips, Repeat on RH side to fully remove

  23. Remove 60 seatback panel
    NOTE: 9x clips, 2x hooks, Release clips starting at the top of backpanel working your way down the lower backpanel, pull 60 backpanel towards front of vehicle to remove

  24. Remove 2nd row center seat switch
    NOTE: 1x connector, 2x clips, Using plastic trim tool pry the top of the switch away from 20 backpanel to ease removal

  25. Remove center backpanel from center seatback
    NOTE: 5x clips, 2 hooks, Lift up at the lower 20 backpanel and then slide forward to release

  26. Release 60 seat harness connectors and clip from seat from seat frame

  36. Remove headrest from 60 seat assembly
    NOTE: Simultaneously depress the guide button and insert a 90 degree pick into the guide opening, Lift up while engaged

  42. Remove 60 seat cushion from seat cover
    NOTE: 6x hog ring, Cut the hog rings holding the seat cover to seat cushion and remove seat cover

  43. Install seat cover on cushion
    NOTE: 6x hog ring, Place seat cover on new cushion and attach with 6x hog rings, ensure the hog rings go through the seat in the intended areas

  44. Install 60 seat pan onto seat cushion
    NOTE: Place seat pan onto seat cushion and cover, Secure seat cover to pan by hooking the J-hooks around the perimeter of the seat

  48. Install 60 seat back into place
    NOTE: 4x clips, Slide seat back into place making sure the bottom retainers slide into place, Reinstall push clips to secure seat back

    NOTE: Install headrest guides by pressing downwards until lower tab is seated

  52. Install center seatback lumbar bun
    NOTE: 2x clips, Press seatback lumbar bun into center frame

  54. Plug in connector and install trim to 60 seat
