Seal - Liftgate - Side - LH - Remove and Replace: Install

  1. Use masking tap to dry fit the LH side liftgate seal.

  2. If the vehicle was built in Fremont, Austin, or Berlin, use a marker to draw a line on the protruding end of the seal, and then use scissors to cut the seal to the correct length.
    NOTE: Vehicles built in China do not need retrofit.

  3. Remove the adhesive backing, and then install the LH side liftgate seal onto the liftgate.

  4. Remove any remaining masking tape from the liftgate.
  5. Close the liftgate.
