Hinge - Door - Rear - Lower - LH - Remove And Replace: Install
- Use the alignment tape to position the LH lower rear door hinge onto the body, and then hand tighten the bolts that attach the hinge to the body.
- Use the alignment tape to position the LH lower rear door hinge onto the door, and then hand tighten the bolt or nut that attaches the hinge to the door.NOTE:

- Close the LH front door and check for gap and flushness. Adjust as necessary.
- Tighten the bolt or nut that attaches the LH lower rear door hinge to the door.
49 N.m (36.1 lbs-ft)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm deep socket
- 6 in extension
- Tighten the bolts that attach the LH lower rear door hinge to the body.
24 N.m (17.7 lbs-ft)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm swivel ball socket
- Remove the masking tape from the door and body.
- Apply touch up paint on the LH hinge rear door bolts as needed.NOTE: Shake the touch up paint before applying. Allow the first coat to dry for 20 minutes before applying and second coat.
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
