Seat Track - Inner - 2nd Row Seat - RH (7-Seat) - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Position the spring and towel bar into the seat track, and then rotate the towel bar until it is properly placed inside the holding tabs.

  2. Install the RH 2nd row towel bar into the RH 2nd row seat inner seat track, and then install the inner seat track into the seat frame assembly.

  3. Install the RH 2nd row seat inner seat track into the seat frame assembly, and then install the nuts.

    37 N.m (27.3 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • 13 mm socket
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
    • 6 in extension

  4. Install the RH 2nd row seat easy entry actuator cable into the LH easy entry latch.

  5. With assistance, install the RH 2nd row seat podium onto the seat track.
    NOTE: Install the groove on the podium onto the outer seat track, and then align the groove on the podium onto the inner seat track. Engage the towel bar with one hand, and then move the inner seat track inward until the groove on the podium engages the seat track.

  6. Install the bolts that attach the RH 2nd row seat podium to the seat tracks.

    37 N.m (27.3 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • 11 mm socket
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench

  7. Position the RH 2nd row seat onto the seat tracks and floor latches.
    NOTE: Push downward on the seat frame assembly to latch the floor latches.
  8. Fully seat the RH 2nd row seat cushion assembly onto the seat frame.
    CAUTION: Be careful not to pinch the actuator cables or cushion harness.
  9. Install the clip that attaches the RH 2nd row seat cushion pan to the seat frame.

  10. Fasten the clips that attach the RH 2nd row seat cushion harness to the podium.

  11. Fasten the hook that attaches the inner B-cover to the RH 2nd row seat assembly.

  12. Install the screw that attaches the RH 2nd row seat inner B-cover to the cushion pan.

    1.5 N.m (1.1 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T25 socket
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench

  13. Disconnect the RH 2nd row seat recliner actuator electrical connector.

  14. Using the seat fold tool, connect the recliner actuator electrical connector into the recliner actuator, and then activate the switch to fold the RH 2nd row seat down.
  15. Disconnect the seat fold tool from the RH 2nd row seat.
  16. Connect the RH 2nd row seat recliner actuator electrical connector.
  17. Position the RH 2nd row seat outer B-cover onto the inner B-cover, and then install the clips (x4).

  18. Connect the RH 2nd row seat side shield electrical connector.

  19. Position the RH 2nd row seat side shield onto the RH 2nd row seat assembly, and then install the clip.

  20. Install the clip that attaches the RH 2nd row seat side shield to the cushion pan.

  21. Install the RH 2nd row seat toe kick cover.

  22. Install the RH 2nd row seat assembly. See SEAT ASSEMBLY - 2ND ROW - RH (7-SEAT) (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
