Actuator - EZ Entry - 60 Track - 2nd Row Seat (7-Seat) - Remove And Replace: Install

Install the LH 2nd row seat EZ entry actuator onto the seat assembly, and then install the screws that attach the actuator to the assembly.
2.5 N.m (1.8 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 8 mm socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench

Connect the LH 2nd row seat easy entry actuator electrical connector.

Install the LH 2nd row seat easy entry cable onto the outboard easy entry latch.

Install the LH 2nd row seat easy entry cable into the inboard easy entry latch.

Lower the LH 2nd row seat cushion assembly.
NOTE: Ensure the cables and wiring harness are not pinched between the seat cushion assembly and seat frame.
Install the LH 2nd row seat cushion pan clips.

Remove the LH 2nd row seat inboard inner assembly screw.
1.5 N.m (1.1 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench

Hook the LH 2nd row seat strap to the inboard inner assembly.

Install the LH 2nd row seat inboard outer cover onto the inboard inner assembly.

Install the LH 2nd row seat cushion pan bolt.
6 N.m (4.4 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- 4 in extension

Connect the LH 2nd row seat side shield electrical connector.

Lift up on the LH 2nd row seat side shield, and then hook the side shield onto the seat cushion assembly.

Install the clip that attaches the LH 2nd row seat side shield to the seat assembly.

Install the bolts that attach the LH 2nd row seat rear cushion pan to the seat frame.
2.5 N.m (1.8 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm deep socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench

Disconnect the LH 2nd row seat recliner actuator electrical connector.

Using the seat fold tool, connect the recliner actuator electrical connector into the recliner actuator, and then activate the switch to fold the LH 2nd row seat down.
Disconnect the seat fold tool from the LH 2nd row seat.
Connect the LH 2nd row seat recliner actuator electrical connector.
Install the LH 2nd row seat toe kick cover. See COVER - TOE KICK - 2ND ROW SEAT - LH (7-SEAT) (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
With assistance, position the LH 2nd row seat assembly into the vehicle.
Connect the logic electrical connector at the LH 2nd row seat frame.

Install and hand tighten new bolts that attach the LH 2nd row seat to the vehicle.

Torque the bolts that attach the LH 2nd row seat assembly to the vehicle.
37 N.m (27.3 ft-lbs)

NOTE: Torque the bolts in the following sequence: outboard front, inboard rear (x2), outboard rear, inboard front.

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 11 mm deep socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
Position the cabin carpet into place, and then secure the velcro.
Fold the LH 2nd row seat to the upright position.
Install the LH 2nd row seat outboard track cover. See COVER - SEAT TRACK - 2ND ROW SEAT - LH (7-SEAT) (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
Install the 2nd row seat center track cover. See COVER - SEAT TRACK - 2ND ROW SEAT - CENTER (7-SEAT) (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
Install the LH lower C-pillar trim. See TRIM - C-PILLAR - LOWER - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
Move the front seats to the original positions.
Raise all the windows and close all the doors.
