Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove
- Open all the doors and fully lower all the windows.
- Move the front seats to the foremost positions.
- Remove the 2nd row lower seat cushion. See Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace) .
- Partially remove the LH rear door seal.
- Fold the LH rear passenger seat back down.
- Remove the rear trunk load floor. See TRUNK LOAD FLOOR - REAR (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
- Remove the front trunk load floor. See TRUNK LOAD FLOOR - FRONT (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
- Remove the trunk sill trim. See TRIM - SILL - TRUNK (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
- Remove the LH load floor bracket. See BRACKET - TRUNK LOAD FLOOR - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
- Remove the LH trunk pocket bracket. See BRACKET - TRUNK POCKET - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
- Remove the LH trunk side trim. See TRIM - SIDE - TRUNK - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
- Release the clips (x6) that attach the upper C-pillar trim, and then set the trim aside.NOTE: Guide the front upper corner groove out of the headliner.
- Remove and discard the bolt that attaches the 2nd row LH lower seat belt anchor to the body.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 15 mm socket
- 3 in extension
- Release the clips that attach the guide bezel to the LH upper C-pillar trim, and then separate the bezel from the seat belt.
- Feed the seat belt through the LH upper C-pillar trim, and then remove the trim.
