Wiper Arm - RH (RHD) - Remove and Replace: Install

  1. Position the RH wiper arm onto the vehicle.
    NOTE: Ensure the RH wiper tip is aligned between the two indicators at the corner of the windshield.

  2. Install the nut that attaches the RH wiper arm to the wiper motor assembly.

    25 N.m (18.4 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • 15 mm socket
    • 3/8 in std ratchet
    • 3/8 in torque wrench (installation only)

  3. Connect the RH wiper arm hose to the Y-tube, and then install the hose clip.

  4. Install the RH wiper arm nut cover.

  5. Repeat steps  1 through  4.
    NOTE: Make sure to route the LH wiper arm hose under the wiper arm pivot joint.

  6. Install the rear underhood apron. See UNDERHOOD APRON - REAR (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
