Light - Fog/Reverse - Rear - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Remove the liftgate lower trim. See Trim - Liftgate - Lower (Remove and Replace) .
  2. Remove the nut that attaches the LH rear fog/reverse light to the liftgate.
    NOTE: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 8 mm deep socket
    • 4 in extension

  3. Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the LH rear fog/reverse light.
    NOTE: Lift the red locking tab to unlatch the connector, and then release the connector.

  4. Use a plastic trim tool on the outboard side of the light to release the anchors on the light from the grommets on the liftgate.

  5. Remove the LH rear fog/reverse light from the vehicle.
