Carrier - Rocker Panel - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove

Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
Open the LH falcon wing door.
Release the clips (x3) and tabs (x2) that attach the rear portion of the LH front fender garnish to the vehicle.
NOTE: Release the garnish starting from the rear.

Remove the screw and push clip that attach the front of the LH rocker panel to the vehicle.
3 N.m (2.2 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T25 socket

Remove the LH rear rocker panel fairing. See FAIRING - ROCKER PANEL - REAR - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
Release the bolt covers (x4) on the LH rocker panel.

Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the LH rocker panel to the body.
3 N.m (2.2 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Release the clips (x14) that attach the LH rocker panel to the body, and then remove the panel from the body.

Remove the push clip and bolts (x10) that attach the LH rocker panel carrier to the vehicle, and then remove the carrier from the vehicle.
3 N.m (2.2 ft-lbs)

NOTE: Discard patch bolts after removal.

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 8 mm socket
