Bumper Beam - Front - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Remove the front fascia assembly. See FASCIA ASSEMBLY - FRONT (REMOVE AND INSTALL) .
  2. Remove the front bumper beam foam. See FOAM - BUMPER BEAM - FRONT (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  3. With an assistant, remove the nuts (x8) and the bolts (x2) that attach the front bumper beam to the front end carrier, and then remove the beam from the vehicle.
    NOTE: Torque: 60 N.m nuts, 9 N.m bolts

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • 10 mm socket
    • 15 mm deep socket
