Front Door Drive Unit - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

Position the LH front door drive unit into the vehicle, and then install the pivot pin bolt and nuts (x2) that attach the drive unit to the vehicle.
10 N.m (7.4 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T30 socket
- 10 mm socket

Connect the LH front door drive unit electrical connector.

Connect LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect) .
Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace) .
Install the bolts (x4) that attach the LH front door module to the LH front door.
6 N.m (4.4 ft-lbs)

NOTE: Make sure to properly route the wiring for the LH mirror.

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 8 mm socket

Install the LH front door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace) .
Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle.
In Toolbox, click the "play" button next to "TEST-SELF_BCFDM_FRONT-DRV_PFD-ACTUATOR-CAL-V2", and then click Run .
NOTE: Click the "X" at top right of the window to close once complete.
Disconnect Toolbox 3 and remove the laptop from the vehicle.
Raise the LH front windows and close the LH front door.
