SERVICE INFORMATION
Recall Bulletin: Recall Bulletins are mandatory service procedures that must be carried out by Tesla-certified Service Centers.
Recall work performed by uncertified technicians could lead to unsafe conditions or voided warranty provisions.
CONDITION
On certain Model X vehicles, when the LH or RH side front row window is lowered, the corresponding LH or RH side front row curtain airbag may not reach the intended position upon full deployment. This may cause the curtain airbag performance to not comply with regulatory requirements.
CORRECTION
Replace the LH and RH front row curtain airbags with revision H or later.

PROCEDURE
Replace the LH and RH front row curtain airbags (refer to CURTAIN AIRBAG - DRIVER - REMOVE AND REPLACE ).
