Closeout Panel - Door - Front - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove

Remove the LH front door trim decor. See Decor - Trim - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace) .
Remove the LH front door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace) .
Disconnect the release motor electrical connector.

Release the clips (x4) that attach the LH front door harness to the LH front door closeout panel.

Release the clips that attach the LH front door release motor to the LH front door closeout panel, release the release cable, and then remove the release motor from the closeout panel.

Push the LH front door release motor cable grommet into the LH front door closeout panel.

Push the LH front door interior door handle release cable grommet into the LH front door closeout panel.

Remove the bolts (x8) that attach the LH front door closeout panel to the door assembly.
1.8 N.m (1.3 ft-lbs)

Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 8 mm socket

Release the clips (x2) on the backside of the LH front door closeout panel.

Release the tab, and then remove the cinch motor from LH front door closeout panel.
