Hinge - Door - Front - Upper - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

Position the LH upper front door hinge onto the LH front door, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the hinge to the door.
24 N.m (17.7 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 12 mm socket

Position the LH upper front door hinge onto the body side, and then install the bolts (x3) that attach the hinge to the body.
25 N.m (18.4 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 12 mm socket

Install the pivot pin bolt that attaches the LH front door drive unit to the vehicle.
10 N.m (7.4 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- T30 socket

Remove the masking tape.
Close the LH front door.
Check the gap and flush of the LH front door to the surrounding components and adjust as necessary.
NOTE: Refer to CVIS for current gap/flush specifications.

Raise the front windows and close the LH front door.
