Hinge - Door - Front - Lower - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

Position the LH lower front door hinge into the vehicle, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the hinge to the vehicle.
25 N.m (18.4 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 12 mm socket

Position the LH lower front door hinge onto the LH front door, and then install the bolts (x2) that attach the hinge to the door.
24 N.m (17.7 ft-lbs)

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 12 mm socket

Remove the floor jack from the LH front door.
Check the gap and flush of the front door to the surrounding components and adjust as necessary.
NOTE: Refer to CVIS for current gap/flush specifications.

Use IPA wipes to clean the body side of the LH lower front door hinge bolts.
NOTE: Allow 1 minute of dry time.

Apply touch up paint to the LH lower front door hinge body side bolts as necessary.

Remove the masking tape.
Raise the front windows and close the LH front door.
