Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - RH (7 Seat) - Remove And Replace: Remove
- Open all the doors and lower the front windows.
- Move the front seats fully forward.
- Move the LH and RH 2nd row seats fully forward.
- Remove the LH and RH rear sill panel trim. See TRIM - SILL PANEL - REAR - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Apply masking tape to the RH racetrack to avoid damage.
- Remove the RH side rear trunk garnish. See GARNISH - REAR TRUNK - SIDE - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Remove the RH mid C-pillar trim. See TRIM - C-PILLAR - MID - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Remove the RH lower C-pillar trim. See TRIM - C-PILLAR - LOWER - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Repeat step 6 through step 11 8 for the LH side of the vehicle.
- Move the LH and RH 2nd row seats rearward and out of easy entry position.
- Remove the 2nd row mid floor panel. See FLOOR PANEL - MID - 2ND ROW (7 SEAT) - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Move the LH and RH 2nd row seats fully forward.
- Remove the 2nd row rear floor panel. See FLOOR PANEL - REAR - 2ND ROW (7 SEAT) - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Remove and discard the bolts (x6) that attach the rear of the RH 2nd row seat track to the vehicle.
45 Nm (33.2 lbs-ft)
NOTE:- 11 mm socket
Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Move the LH 2nd row seat fully rearwards.
- Release the clip that attaches the RH inner front plate carpet assembly to the vehicle, and then remove the plate from the vehicle.NOTE:
Carefully peel up the front plate carpet decal to release it from the seat track base.
- Release the clip that attaches the RH outer front plate carpet assembly to the vehicle, and then remove the plate from the vehicle.NOTE:
Carefully peel up the front plate carpet decal to release it from the seat track base.
- Remove and discard the bolts (x6) that attach the front of the RH 2nd row seat track to the vehicle.
45 Nm (33.2 lbs-ft)
NOTE:- 11 mm socket
Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See UNDERHOOD APRON - REAR - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Disconnect LV power. See LV POWER - DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
- Disconnect the RH 2nd row seat harness connectors (x3).NOTE:
Release the bracket for better access.
- Release the clips (x2) that attach the RH 2nd row seat harness to the RH floor support bracket.
- Fold the RH 2nd row seat to the down position.
- With assistance, remove the RH 2nd row seat assembly from the vehicle.
