Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (5 Seat) - Remove and Replace: Install
- With assistance, position the LH 2nd row seat into the vehicle.NOTE:
Make sure the guide pins are properly aligned.
- Loosely install new bolts (x6) that attach the LH 2nd row seat assembly front brackets to the vehicle.
- 11 mm socket
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Install new bolts (x4) that attach the LH 2nd row seat assembly rear brackets to the vehicle.
45 Nm (33.2 lbs-ft)
- 11 mm socket
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Tighten the bolts (x6) that attach the LH 2nd row seat assembly front brackets to the vehicle.
45 Nm (33.2 lbs-ft)
NOTE:Torque the most forward bolt on each side before the outer bolts.
- 11 mm socket
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Secure the clips (x2) that attach the LH 2nd row seat harness to the floor support bracket.
- Connect the LH 2nd row seat harness electrical connectors (x3).NOTE:
Secure the connector housing to the bracket.
- Install the LH 2nd row floor supports. See FLOOR SUPPORTS - REAR - 2ND ROW - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Install the 2nd row rear floor panel. See FLOOR PANEL - REAR - 2ND ROW (5 SEAT) - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Fold the trunk carpet to the original position.NOTE:
Fold carpet down over the harpoon brackets.
- Install the 2nd row mid floor panel. See FLOOR PANEL - MID - 2ND ROW (5 SEAT) - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Install the LH lower C-pillar trim. See TRIM - C-PILLAR - LOWER - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Install the LH rear sill panel trim. See TRIM - SILL PANEL - REAR - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Install the LH mid C-pillar trim. See TRIM - C-PILLAR - MID - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Repeat step 11 through step 13 for the RH side of the vehicle.
- Install the LH and RH side rear trunk garnish. See GARNISH - REAR TRUNK - SIDE - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Install the trunk gap hider. See GAP HIDER - TRUNK (5 SEAT) - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Install the RH trunk load floor bracket cover. See COVER - BRACKET - TRUNK LOAD FLOOR - LH - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Install the front trunk load floor. See TRUNK LOAD FLOOR - FRONT - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Install the rear trunk load floor. See TRUNK LOAD FLOOR - REAR - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Connect LV power. See LV POWER - DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
- Install the rear underhood apron. See UNDERHOOD APRON - REAR - REMOVE AND REPLACE
- Remove the masking tape from the RH lower C-pillar and from the race tracks.
- Fold the RH 2nd row seat to the upright position.
- Move the front passenger seat to the original position.
- Close the RH front door.
- Remove the masking tape from the LH lower C-pillar and from the race tracks.
- Fold the LH 2nd row seat to the upright position.
- Calibrate the rear doors.NOTE:
If the "Calibration Needed" message appears on the vehicle touchscreen, touch and hold Calibrate to calibrate the rear doors.
- Move the driver seat to the original position.
