Shaft - Inboard - Seat Track Motor - 2nd Row - LH (6 Seat) - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Open all the doors and lower the front windows.
  2. Remove the LH 2nd row seat assembly. See SEAT ASSEMBLY - 2ND ROW - LH (WITHOUT 2ND ROW BENCH SEATS) (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  3. Remove the LH 2nd row seat slider. See SLIDER - SEAT - 2ND ROW - LH (6 SEAT) (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  4. With assistance, position the LH 2nd row seat onto the seat back.
    CAUTION: Protect the seat back as necessary.
    NOTE: Place weight on the upper portion of seat back.
  5. Remove the nuts (x2) that attach the LH 2nd row seat outer track to the seat assembly, maneuver the track to clear the studs, and then pull the track outward to release the seat track cable.

    30 N.m (22.1 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • 15 mm socket

  6. Pull the LH 2nd row seat track motor inboard shaft outward to remove it from the seat track motor.
