Drive Shaft - 2nd Row Seat Motor - LH (6 Seat) - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Position the LH 2nd row seat motor drive shaft into the vehicle, and then install the washer and new metal push nut onto the drive shaft.

  2. Slide the LH 2nd row seat motor drive shaft through the pitch motor, and then install the washer and new metal push nut.
    NOTE: Install the spacer then new push nut after the drive shaft has been pushed through the motor.
    NOTE: Use a clip prytool to push against the nut while applying pressure to the bottom side of drive shaft.

  3. Install the LH 2nd row seat underbelly trim. See TRIM - UNDERBELLY - 2ND ROW SEAT - LH (6 SEAT) (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  4. Move the driver seat to the original position.
  5. Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle.
  6. In Toolbox, click the Actions  tab, and then search for "BCS2L".
  7. Click PROC_BCS2L_R2-L_CALIBRATE-S2L-PITCH  , and then click Run  and allow the routine to complete.
    NOTE: Click the X at the top right corner of the window to close once complete.
  8. Click PROC_BCS2L_R2-L_CALIBRATE-S2L-TRACK  , and then click Run  and allow the routine to complete.
    NOTE: Click the X at the top right corner of the window to close once complete.
  9. Disconnect Toolbox and remove the laptop from the vehicle.
  10. Close the LH front door.
