60/40 Seat Switch - 2nd Row - RH - Remove And Replace: Remove
- Open the RH doors and lower the RH front window.
- Move the front passenger seat forward.
- Starting from the bottom, carefully pry the RH outer 2nd row escutcheon away from the RH 2nd row seat back to release the clips (x2), and then release the trim from the seat.
- Fold the RH 2nd row seat back to the down position.
- Release the J-hook that attaches the RH 2nd row seat back upholstery to the seat, and then fold the upholstery down.
- Unzip the RH seat back upholstery on both sides of the seat back.NOTE: The ends of the zippers are tucked underneath upholstery.
Tip: Use a pick to aid in moving the zipper.
- Release the clips (x5) and Velcro strips (x2) that attach the RH 2nd row plastic seat back to the seat assembly, and then remove the plastic seat back from the assembly.NOTE: Fold the backrest cover over the headrest for access.
- Disconnect the RH 2nd row 60/40 seat switch electrical connector.
- Release the tabs (x2) that attach the RH 2nd row 60/40 seat switch to the belt escutcheon bracket, and then remove the switch from the bracket.NOTE: Depress the tabs on the seat switch to release it from the escutcheon.
