Racetrack Trim - Rear - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Position the LH rear racetrack trim on the vehicle, and then install the clips (x21) that attach the trim to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Install the clips at the top of the trim first, and then work towards the bottom.
    NOTE: Ensure that the top of the trim is engaged with the spine racetrack.

  2. Ensure that the falcon wing door seal is seated behind the LH rear racetrack trim.

  3. Install the screw that secures the LH rear racetrack trim to the spine racetrack.

    2.5 N.m (1.8 ft-lbs) 

    NOTE: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
    • Torx T20 socket

  4. Install the clips (x8) that attach the LH rear headliner to the vehicle.

  5. Install the screws (x2) that secure the LH and RH rear coat hooks to the vehicle.

    2.5 N.m (1.8 ft-lbs) 

    NOTE: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Ratchet/torque wrench
    • Torx T20 socket

  6. Close the LH and RH side rear coat hooks.

  7. Install the LH upper C-pillar trim. See TRIM - C-PILLAR - UPPER - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  8. Install the LH lower C-pillar trim. See TRIM - C-PILLAR - LOWER - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  9. Install the LH mid C-pillar trim. See TRIM - C-PILLAR - MID - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  10. Install the clips (x4) that attach the LH trunk sill side trim to the vehicle.

  11. Move the LH 3rd row seat to original position.
  12. Close the liftgate.
  13. Install the LH rear sill panel trim. See TRIM - SILL PANEL - REAR - LH (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  14. Close the LH and RH falcon wing doors.
  15. Raise the LH and RH front windows.
  16. Close the LH and RH front doors.
