Speaker - Dash - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Remove the IP sub-assembly. See Sub Assembly - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace)
  2. Remove and discard the IP sub-assembly seal.

  3. Remove the screws (x9) that attach the dash speaker mesh to the IP sub-assembly, then remove the dash speaker mesh.

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T20 socket
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
    • 2 in extension

  4. Remove the screws (x3) and disconnect the electrical connector that attach LH dash speaker to the IP sub-assembly.
    • Torx T20 socket
    • Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
