Hinge - Door - Front - Lower - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the front windows.
  2. Use a floor jack to support the LH front door.
    CAUTION: Protect painted surface with a soft object.

  3. Tape the LH lower front door hinge area on the body side to mark the hinge location.

  4. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the LH lower front door hinge to the LH front door.

    24 N.m (17.7 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • 12 mm socket

  5. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the LH lower front door hinge to the body, and then remove the hinge from the vehicle.

    25 N.m (18.4 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • 12 mm socket
