Molding - Rocker Panel - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove
- Open the LH front and rear doors.
- Remove the rocker panel scuff plate. See Scuff Plate - Rocker Panel - LH (Remove And Replace) .
- Remove the push clip that attaches the rocker panel molding to the LH front wheel arch liner.
- Remove the push clips (x2) that attach the rocker panel molding to the LH rear wheel arch liner.
- Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the LH fairing, and then release the tabs (x4) that attach the fairing to the vehicle.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- 4 in extension
- 8 mm socket
- Release the bolt covers (x3) on the bottom edge of the LH rocker panel molding.
- Remove the upper bolts (x7) and lower bolts (x4) that attach the LH rocker panel molding to the body.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- 4 in extension
- 10 mm socket
- Release the LH rocker panel molding at the front and rear fenders first, and then remove the molding from the vehicle.
