Coat Hook - Rear - LH - Remove And Replace: Remove
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Move the driver seat fully forward.
- Open the LH rear door.
- Remove the LH upper B-pillar trim. See Trim - B-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove And Replace) .
- Push open the LH rear coat hook.
- Pry open to release the tabs (x2) that attach the rear coat hook screw cover.
- Remove the rear coat hook screw.
2.5 N.m (1.8 ft-lbs)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T25 bit
- Open the liftgate.
- Remove the rear trunk parcel shelf. See Parcel Shelf - Rear Trunk (Remove And Replace) .
- Fold down the LH rear seat.
- Remove the LH 2nd row seat outer bolster. See Bolster - Outer - Seat - 2nd Row - LH (Remove and Replace) .
- Release the clips (x4) that attach the LH lower C-pillar trim to the mid C-pillar trim.
- Remove the LH mid C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove And Replace) .
- Remove the LH upper C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove And Replace) .
- Remove the bolt that attaches the LH rear corner of the headliner to the body.
3 N.m (2.2 ft-lbs)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Release the clips (x7) that attach the LH rear corner of the headliner to the body.NOTE: Headliner is being supported by tethers along roof rail. Push upward and inward to release the hook on the coat hook assembly from the body.
- Release the coat hook tether clip from the body.
- Release the tabs (x4) that attach the coat hook bezel to the headliner.NOTE: Pry the tab from the top front corner first for best results.NOTE: Use non-marring tool to prevent damage to the headliner.
- Disconnect the electrical connector to the rear coat hook.
- Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the rear coat hook to the headliner, and then remove the coat hook from the vehicle.
1.2 N.m (.9 ft-lbs)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 bit
