Overslam - Liftgate - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Install the LH liftgate overslam into the liftgate assembly.

  2. Close the liftgate.
  3. Check for gap/flushness between liftgate and surrounding panels.
    NOTE: Measure 10x points labeled in image. Refer to CVIS for current specification targets.

  4. Open the liftgate.
  5. Adjust the liftgate overslam to achieve flushness target.
    NOTE: Rotate the overslam clockwise to decrease bumper height or counter-clockwise to increase bumper height as required to achieve flushness target.
  6. Close the liftgate.
