Valance - Front Fascia - Remove And Replace: Install

With an assistant, position the valance on the front fascia, and then install the two nuts that attach the valance to the LH and RH wheelhouse liners.
Torque 3 N.m

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm deep socket
- Ratchet/torque wrench

Install the clips that attach the valance to the front fascia assembly.

Connect the electrical harness to the pedestrian warning speaker, and then clip the harness into the valance.
CAUTION: Push the red locking tab into the connector to engage the locking mechanism. DO NOT push down or pull up on the red locking tab.

Install the three clips that attach the RH wheelhouse liner to the valance and front fascia.

Install the three clips that attach LH wheelhouse liner to the valance and front fascia.

Position the two valance datums into the front aero shield.

Apply Loctite 222 to the three bolts, and then install the bolts and clips that attach the valance to the front aero shield.
Torque 6 N.m

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- 4 in extension
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench

Lower the vehicle Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift .
Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
