Reservoir - Windshield Washer - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Install the washer cap to the washer reservoir. See CAP - RESERVOIR - WINDSHIELD WASHER (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  2. Install the washer pump to the washer reservoir. See PUMP - WINDSHIELD WASHER RESERVOIR (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  3. Install the washer hose to the hooks (x3) on the reservoir.

  4. Install the retainer clip that attaches the washer hose to the reservoir.

  5. Install the washer level sensor. See SENSOR - LEVEL - WINDSHIELD WASHER RESERVOIR (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  6. Install the horn assembly. See HORN ASSEMBLY (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  7. Install the washer system. See SYSTEM - WINDSHIELD WASHER (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  8. Install the LH front wheel. See Wheel (Remove and Install) .
  9. Remove the vehicle from the lift.
  10. Connect the shock tower hose to the washer tank hose.

  11. Install the LH underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - LH (Remove and Replace) .
  12. Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace) .
  13. Fill the washer fluid reservoir.

    Tip: The reservoir has a capacity of 4.5 liters.
