Acoustic Foam - Inner - Front Door - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

Remove the adhesive backing, and then position the LH front door inner acoustic foam into the door assembly.
NOTE: Replace any additional NVH/fitment countermeasures that were present on removal.

Place the top corner of the LH front door seal back into position, and then fasten the clip that attaches the seal to the door assembly.
NOTE: Tuck the front edge of the seal behind the fixed glass.

Install the LH front door panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Replace) .
Install the LH front door trim decor. See Decor - Trim - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace) .
Close the LH front door.
Check the gap fitment of the LH front door trim decor to the IP decor.
NOTE: Refer to CVIS for current specification targets.

Open the LH front door.
Rotate the adjustment nut to adjust the LH front door trim as necessary.
Torque 6 N.m

Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 18 mm deep socket
- Flex head ratchet/flex head torque wrench
- 6 in extension
- Torx T30 socket
NOTE: Loosen the T30 nut and rotate nut to achieve desired specification. Rotate clockwise to close the gap, and counterclockwise to tighten the gap. Torque the T30 fastener to lock.

Install the LH front door trim decor. See Decor - Trim - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace)
Close the LH front door.
Check the gap fitment of the LH front door trim decor to the IP decor.
NOTE: Refer to CVIS for current specification targets.
