Striker - Hood - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Use masking tape to mark the position of the hood striker to the hood assembly.
  3. Remove the two bolts that attach the hood striker to the hood.

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T40 socket
    • 3 in extension
    • Ratchet/torque wrench
