Striker - Door - Front - LH - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Using the masking tape as a guide, install the door striker to the vehicle, but do not fully torque the bolts.
  2. Close the LH front door and use the gap and flush tool to verify the door alignment is within specification.
  3. Open the LH front door and adjust the striker position as necessary.
  4. Torque the bolts that attach the door striker to the vehicle.

    Torque 22 N.m 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T40 socket
    • Ratchet/torque wrench

  5. Remove the masking tape from vehicle.
  6. Close the LH front door.
